REVIEW | CROWN OF LIES (crown of lies duet 1) BY PEPPER WINTERS

Noelle Charlston lives a fairy-tale life: a doting father, a powerful job, and a future blessed with financial security.

However, two meetings with two men changes her happy existence forever. First, she meets the man who makes her heart sing. Three years later, she meets the man who makes her blood quiver.

Broken-hearted from a teenage romance, Noelle’s freedom is no longer hers. It belongs to the stranger her father believes is her perfect match. The stranger who pulls his lies over everyone he touches.
Including her.

Seduced and manipulated, Noelle gives into the mysterious Penn Everett. The lies he spins, the truth he hides, the mystery he weaves—it’s all enough to slowly erode the woman she is and turn her into something else.

Until her past collides with her present.
And it’s her turn to lie.

To everyone…including herself.

5++ "Do You Trust Me?" Reading Owls

This book OMG OMG OMG *jumping excitedly*. What the hell did I read? It's just amazing. No words can explain what I am feeling right now. Crown Of Lies has confused the ever-living fuck out of me.

So Pepper Winters:- The Queen Of Dark Romance has done it again This book is my undoing. Pepper Winters has written a book full of mystery, angst, suspense, romance, with so many twists and turns. This book just sweeps you of your feet and that ending just leaves you hanging in the air.

"we're all a little corrupt doing our best to fit into the world that's broken but still demands perfection"

Crown Of Lies introduces us to Noelle Charlston(Elle)- the heiress of Belle Elle. She has everything, a doting and loving father, money, a successful and well planned future, everything except her freedom. Belle Elle is her empire and she is completely owned by it. The story begins with a 12 year old girl trying to adjust to her lifestyle as a heiress and then takes a time leap and we meet 19 year old Elle who craves a normal life, who wants to love, kiss and lose her virginity like normal girls.

On her 19th birthday, she decides to go on an adventure, to discover the streets of New York but who knew, a little innocent adventure could change her life. On her little adventure she steps into a dark situation and is saved by a man in hoody whom she named 'nameless'. She is insanely attracted to him and feels that their is some connection which binds them together.

But then her knight in the shining armour vanishes and she is left all alone. She tries to find the man who has owned her heart but in vain.

“I met the boy I wanted. But then he vanishes"

The story takes us three years ahead and she meets a man named Penn Everett *holy hotness*.

He is a complete opposite of nameless and Elle hates him at first sight.

"Thieves can become saints. Saints can become thieves. Most of us deserve a second chance."

Penn is dark and dangerous, his life is an unsolved mystery. He wears lies as his second skin. He has animalistic magnetism and is extremely confident*fangirling*. penn is a complete egomaniac and Elle hates his guts but nevertheless they are insanely attracted towards each other, the sexual tension is off the charts. Penn wants to own her, completely consume her, control her. He wants her body and soul.

"I'll strip you, taste you, devour you. I'll eat, lick, and bite you. And only once you're begging will I f#ck you."

He wants to own her and possess her, she'll not let him. She is determined to unfold the secrets and discover the truth behind his lies. She'll make him remove his mask. Towards the end, when you think that everything is going to be fine, the author drops a bomb*utter shock*. It's one hell of a plot twist. I wanted to smash my head but that ending *holy goodness* has left me utterly confused.

I just loved this book. It's alluring and an ultimate page flipper. It's dark and light. It's sexy and sensual. The storytelling is awesome, you'll just lose yourself in the book. That ending has left me with so many questions*ugh*. Eagerly waiting for the second book.

This review so far was the most difficult because I was just not able to express my feelings in words. Dearest author you have successfully made me speechless*cheers*.

Five Things 'FIVE FEET APART' Taught Us

'Five Feet Apart' is an American Romantic Drama,  inspired by a real-life couple Dalton and Katie Prager, who both suffered from  cystic fibrosis . As you all know that I'm not a movie person, I'd choose books anytime over movies but as I am going through 'Reader's Slump' so I decided to watch Netflix and guess what? I found this treasure. This movie impacted me greatly so I decided to share all my takings with you all. Let's start! 1. Live Big because life don't give us enough chances. 2. Take risks , you never know which moment is your last.  3. Love! Don't be scared of it. Loving won't kill you but not doing it will surely kill a part of you. 4. Take chances! We can die today, we can die tomorrow but we can also make our life worth living. 5. Breathe! Take a deep breath and enjoy your today. We are all on borrowed time. Instead of focusing on making your tomorrow good, make your today even better.

REVIEW: Broken Knight by L.J. Shen

Not all love stories are written the same way. Ours had torn chapters, missing paragraphs, and a bittersweet ending. Luna Rexroth is everyone’s favorite wallflower. Sweet. Caring. Charitable. Quiet. Fake. Underneath the meek, tomboy exterior everyone loves (yet pities) is a girl who knows exactly what, and who, she wants—namely, the boy from the treehouse who taught her how to curse in sign language. Who taught her how to laugh. To live. To love. Knight Cole is everyone’s favorite football hero. Gorgeous. Athletic. Rugged. Popular. Liar. This daredevil hell-raiser could knock you up with his gaze alone, but he only has eyes for the girl across the street: Luna. But Luna is not who she used to be. She doesn’t need his protection anymore. When life throws a curveball at All Saints’ golden boy, he’s forced to realize not all knights are heroes. Sometimes, the greatest love stories flourish in tragedy TITLE- Broken Knight AUTHOR- L.J. Shen FORMAT- E

In her world a handsome exterior often hides the monster withi

REVIEW | PRICE OF A KISS (Forbidden Men #1) BY LINDA KAGE

I don’t care what my cousin says;  I am not the queen of impossible relationships. I mean, just because my last boyfriend tried to kill me and left a bit of a scar on my neck, then forced me to move across the country and legally change my name to Reese Randall to escape him, does not mean— Oh, who am I kidding? For a freshman in college, I have to have the worst dating track record ever. It’s no wonder love is the last thing on my mind when Mason Lowe enters my life. But the chemistry between us is like bam! Our connection defies logic. And he’s just so freaking hot. Being around him makes me feel more alive than I’ve ever felt before. Boy, do I know how to pick them. 5 "I Love You, Mason" Reding Owls I loved, loved, loved this book . This one is definitely worth reading. It's so different th
