Holding onto love is a story of love, faith, and hope.
The book successfully highlights the importance of hope and how holding onto it helps us face all the hardships that life throws our way.

'Life is not always cakewalk. It has its ups and downs, and we have successes and failures, loves and losses.'
Ashu has had a tough life ever since he lost his father. He was the most loved child amongst his relatives and family friends but it lasted only till his father was alive. Soon he grasps onto the selfishness of this world and starts working towards his future.

My thoughts are quite conflicted. The plot of the book is powerful, and as it is based on true events, so it becomes even more exciting but the thing is that I could not connect to it. I mean I was reading it but I was not feeling it even after knowing that it is based on a true story.

The writing style is very simple, perfect for the beginners, but it was quite dull for my liking, I kept on getting distracted. If it would have been more engaging, I think I would have enjoyed it better.
Coming to the characterization, I loved Disha's character. She is depicted as a strong woman and the positivity that her character possesses is amazing.
I loved how the chapters were titled as colors. Life is a combination of different colors and each color represents an emotion, which was well described in the book. It was something very unique.
COVER & TITLE: The cover is beautiful, one can feel the love just by looking at it and as in the story Ashu has religiously held onto his wife's love, so as per me the title is perfect.
RECOMMENDATION: This book is perfect for romance lovers but even if you are not into romance, you should give it a try because it's much more than love, it's about life.
Happy Reading!
