  3. Hi Ammie,

If you would like to read and review my book, Deadly Veils Book One: Shattering Truths, I would be glad to send you a free copy. It is dark suspense for young adults, and the description is as follows:

For sixteen-year-old Danielle DeCorso, the old house in Glastonbury was an eerie place to grow up. Coping with mental health challenges exacerbated by a traumatic family dynamic, Danielle watches from the window for two men in a dusty black sedan who keep circling the house and harassing her with phone calls. The two predators drugged her and her cousin, Angie, and then lured them from Pleasure Beach in Bridgeport to a secluded cottage on Long Beach West. She remembers feeling dizzy, the room spinning. She recalls screaming, crying, fighting, and then slipping in and out of consciousness. Angie, however, has no recollection of the incident.

When Danielle attempts to jog Angie’s memory and convince their best friend, Farran, that the two strangers had victimized them, no one seems to believe her. Alone in her pain, Danielle remains guarded, obsessed, and withdrawn. Soon she is sinking deeper into a tumultuous world of adolescent isolation and change. Grief, guilt, and anger send her spiraling into an even darker place.

Tormented by terrifying nightmares, she fears she will lose her sanity, or possibly her soul. Is she having post-traumatic stress hallucinations, as one of her friends suggest, or are her recurring nightmares as real as they seem? Trapped in an unyielding emotional bondage, Danielle continues the fight to reclaim her power. Startling revelations awaken her newfound spirit, inspiring a once naïve girl to grow into a woman of defiance and courage.

  5. Dear Ammie,

I hope my novel appeals to you enough to write a review.

    Here’s the blurb:

Even though she lives hundreds of miles away, when Langston, who dreams of being a chef, meets Cecile, a Juilliard-trained pianist, he is sure that his history of being a sidekick, instead of a love interest, is finally over. Their connection is real and full of potential for a deeper bond, but the obstacles between them turn out to be greater than distance. Can these busy, complicated people be ready for each other at the same time? Does it even matter? Before they can answer these questions, each must do battle with the ultimate demon—fear.

Told in a witty combination of standard prose, letters, emails, and diary entries, LETTING GO, in the tradition of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's AMERICANAH, is a long-distance love story that also examines race, religion, and the difficult choices we make following our passions. From the Great White North to the streets of New York City to the beaches of Bermuda, LETTING GO is a journey of longing, betrayal, self-discovery and hope you will never forget.

When sixteen-year-old Judith meets Cain, she has no idea what she's getting herself into. Cain is the most beautiful human being Judith has ever seen, but he hides a dangerous secret. When Jo-Jo, Cain's surrogate father, offers her a job, she accepts, unaware she's been recruited as a pawn in Jo-Jo's ecoterrorist plot.

THE NEW RECRUIT is a timely story, exploring how, without love and support from those around them, our disenfranchised youth can be so easily misguided.

  11. Would you consider reading and posting a review of my latest adult novel, Forbidden?

My name is Judy Weir but my pen names are F. Stone and Feather Stone. Email:

    Forbidden's Book Trailer:

If you enjoy suspense/thriller with a touch of romance, Forbidden will engage your heart and mind in a fast forward gear. Be prepared to be taken prisoner without the possibility of release until long after the last paragraph is read. Better wear your flak jacket, honey.

NOTE: There is some moderate vulgar language; and considerable violence in Forbidden’s story. I have avoided overly graphic details. I recommend Forbidden to adult readers. There is one feeble rape attempt scene – resulting in one furious Eliza MacKay eager for revenge. Both men and women readers will find Forbidden unforgettable.
    Forbidden’s Synopsis:
    Better Wear Your Flak Jacket
Gunfire echoes within the walls of a Middle East police compound. Screams of terror are brutally silenced. Police captain Hashim Sharif captures one survivor. Soon Eliza MacKay will wish she had died with her companions.

The vile act of terrorism is covered-up. Sharif becomes the reluctant keeper of his city's bloody secret - and the witness, MacKay. His corrupt superiors have a gun rammed against his skull. Disloyalty to the mayor will be rewarded with being buried alive.

Whatever the cost, his government’s honor must be restored. Secretly, Sharif hunts forensic evidence. Who is responsible for the murder of fifteen American volunteers? And, why did MacKay lie about her identity? He can’t trust her. Her mental illness is going to get both of them killed.

When he receives orders to dispose of MacKay, his Muslim faith is tested. Murder an innocent in cold blood? He will suffer Allah's eternal wrath.

CIA Agent Hutchinson has the lying Sharif in his cross hairs. Sharif dodges the agent’s traps almost as easily as the hitman on his tail. When Sharif discovers the shocking truth, he loses all hope of survival.

What is worth dying for? Perhaps it’s not bringing a madman to justice. Could it be saving the life of a woman who kick-started his numb heart? On the knife edge of risk, Sharif plots an act most forbidden and fatal.

Research: F. Stone took her time writing Forbidden to ensure the readers would be fully entertained and gain a fresh insight into Islam - moderate Islam. After years of study, and with the guidance of an imam and a Muslim physician, Stone discovered the gentle side of Islam. She met Muslims who respected all religions, who are peacekeepers, and guardians of the environment. The Koran's messages have suffered under years of misinterpretation when translated from Arabic to English. However, a book, The Clear Quran by Dr. Mustafa Khattab, provides a beautiful and accurate English translation of the word of Allah / God.

NOTE: Due to frequent scenes of violence and strong language, F. Stone recommends Forbidden to only adult readers. Both men and women who crave suspense with a touch of passion will savor each of Forbidden's thrilling chapters.

  18. Hi Ammie,

I just came across your blog whilst looking for reviewers for my Gothic paranormal romance novel. I'm currently sending out ARCs with the hope of publishing on June 23rd. 2017.

"The Magician's Curse" is the first in a series about a stage magician who is also the descendant of an incubus. Here's my blurb:

"When Herman Anderson leaves home to make a better life for herself, she doesn’t expect to meet a tall, dark stranger with whom she’ll fall hopelessly in love.

"Charming and mysterious, Stephen Dagmar is a stage magician seeking an assistant. The moment he sets eyes on Herman, he knows she’s the one. He brings her home to his Victorian mansion where they embark upon an extravagant romance. Yet a shadow hangs over their love. Will the curse on his family end Stephen and Herman’s happily ever after, before it really begins?

"Amidst lace and leather, innocence and debauchery, The Magician’s Curse begins the Gothic tale of The Great Dagmaru. Magic and romance await."

The nature of the curse upon Stephen's family is revealed bit by bit, as is the nature of his magical powers. The journey follows Herman's discovery of what she's gotten herself into, until it comes down to a matter of whether or not she can live with what Stephen must do to satisfy the curse.

I hope you'll find this a good fit for your review site.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

  21. Hi there Ammie

As a writer and long-time avid reader, I'm a big fan of your blog, Ammie's Book Obsession, and greatly appreciate your unique and insightful reviews. I know you're probably inundated with review requests, but I’d like to offer my debut novel for the pile as I feel it might be of interest to your readership.

The Watcher is a crime thriller that should appeal to fans of TV shows The Fall and The Following, and to lovers of dark psychological novels full of suspense.

It takes readers into the twisted psyche of a master predator, an obsessive stalker whose malignant psychopathy and horrific childhood propels him to kill the young female victims he hunts.

The Watcher also takes readers behind the eyes of harried Detective Inspector Jack Grayson, the man tasked with the unenviable job of stopping a killer who leaves no trace.

    Here’s the blurb:

One man must stop a psychopath in his tracks…

Chief Inspector Jack Grayson is hunting a serial killer terrorizing London, a stalker who watches his prey carefully and displays the bodies of his young female victims brazenly. But Grayson has a problem – only one lead and scant evidence – and the body count is rising.

He discovers that an unsolved 18-year-old murder case bears all the hallmarks of the current killings, but he still can’t seem to find a single, obvious suspect, and he is so far unable to outthink a master predator.

Grayson must catch a hunter who knows how to outwit the police – a showman intent on completing his macabre collection. But he’s missing a vital clue, a critical piece of the puzzle. When he finally discovers the killer's identity, he's completely unprepared for the fallout…

The novel is currently available for pre-order on Amazon at will be published by Crooked Cat Books and officially releases June 21st. The paperback version is available to buy now and so, can receive reviews on Amazon currently, though the book isn't officially launched yet. My website, where more information about The Watcher can be found, is at

If you would like to review The Watcher, my publisher can provide a picture of the cover, promo artwork and an eBook file in whatever format you prefer. I'm also available for interviews, features and guest posts, if you feel this is something your readership might be interested in.

    Title: Forgotten Reflections
    Author: Young-Im Lee
Genre/Category: Historical Thriller/Adventure/ Young Adult/ Strong female protagonist

1945. Rice fields seem endless in a quaint farming village of South Korea, yet Iseul and the villagers have been on the verge of starvation for as long as they can remember; the last of their Japanese colonizers have taken every last grain with them. In the newly independent Korea, Iseul dreams of what her future might bring. Yet, war is on the horizon, and the boy she has fallen for is an alleged North Korean communist spy.

Amidst war, Jung-Soo and Jia embark on a comic journey of self-discovery across the mountainous peninsula, where they are aided by the occasional legendary ghost and animals. Music helps them pass the time, as does the radio and the crafty carpentry skills of Iseul who would eventually make history with her handcrafted hanji paper. Unexpected friendships are forged, love burgeons and betrayal taints their elusive dreams.

In the current international climate where North Korea takes center stage, “Forgotten Reflections” ponders on what the Korean War means to South Korea, spanning three generations as the nation rises from the ashes.

  27. Hi Ammie,
I found your blog and see you do book reviews. I have a novel that’s about the giants mentioned in Genesis 6:4 in the Bible. I was amazed at how little was said regarding such a mysterious civilization. I've spent countless hours researching what this verse only briefly touches on and have to ask the question: why the cover-up? Since then, I've written a story that goes down this rabbit hole and would love if you would consider reading my work and reviewing it. I’ll be happy to send it to you in any format you like. Please feel free to ask me any questions. You can see more about Proof the Novel at my website:
Thanks and have a great day,

  29. Hi Ammie!

Have you ever wondered about the afterlife?

Christian Michael Anderson has. In fact, as he sits at his desk bemoaning his current state, the afterlife is precisely where he wants to be. Christian hasn’t been doing so well lately. He’s out of work, out of money and out of alcohol, but when he loops a stolen rope through the exposed rafters in his ceiling and places that noose around his neck, his adventure has only begun…

Welcome to the world of my 114,000 word literary fantasy novel The Adversary’s Good News, a divine comedy – inverted. This book contains the chronicles of Christian’s adventures through the afterlife. It’s here amid life after death where Christian encounters joke-telling gargoyles, the “Great Beast” imprisoned in a cage, a drug-dealing Tinkerbell, and much more. Eventually, however, Christian realizes he’s entered a psychologically haunted world far beyond anything his nightmares ever envisioned. During his imprisonment in the serpentine city of Pandemonium, he discovers death is a trap. Instead of being the escape he envisioned, it’s forced him to confront his own, personal demons.

I’m Israfel Sivad – poet, novelist and founder of Ursprung Collective, an international spoken/music/visual art project. Today, I want to invite you to experience The Adversary’s Good News, the novel Self-Publishing Review has called “a book about big ideas that will have you looking differently at your own life by book’s end.”

My first novel, Crossroads Blues, was compared to the work of Fyodor Dostoevsky by Palmetto Review. The Adversary’s Good News has already been nominated for the 2016 Chanticleer Paranormal Book Award. My writing has appeared in the Santa Fe Literary Review, The Stray Branch and Badlands Literary Journal. I hope you’re interested in reviewing The Adversary’s Good News for your blog. I would be happy to send you a free review copy in the format of your choice. You can reach me at I look forward to hearing back from you.

These gifted individuals are known as luminators, and sixteen-year-old Ronan Saunders desperately desires to join their illustrious ranks. Just when his long-desired future is within reach, Ronan and his three friends discover a deadly secret on the island. As they delve deeper into the mystery, what they find forces them to question their loyalties, doubt long-held beliefs, and wrestle with the dire consequences of revealing the truth. I see you review a lot of YA and fantasy. Think you'd be interested in reviewing The Fallen Gatekeepers? It's the second book in a series by C.R. Fladmark. Here's the blurb:

It’s been months since sixteen-year-old Junya survived his savage battle with the Evil Ones, and his injuries have been slow to heal. The Gatekeepers fear him, and his own mother--once a Gatekeeper herself--seems guarded and suspicious around him.

The only one not keeping Junya at arm’s length these days is Shoko – the beautiful, deadly warrior from another world. And despite all his worries, Junya can’t help thinking of ways to introduce this guardian of the gods to modern romance.

But when someone in Junya’s world begins brutally slaughtering the shamans of the Earth’s ancient religions, Junya and Shoko realize the Evil Ones are back and stronger than ever. Without the shamans’ worship, the gods grow weak—and it’s only a matter of time before Izumo Oyashiro, land of the gods and Shoko’s home, is in jeopardy.

Junya and Shoko devise a bold plan to save Izumo, but it means changing the rules that have governed Gatekeepers for centuries. Even if they succeed, nothing will ever be the same.

...if this seems like your cup of tea, you can email me for further info ( and a copy of the book. Thanks in advance for your time!

  33. Hi Ammie,
I would be honored if you would consider my book, “The Interludes, A Sexual Odyssey”, for review.

Synopsis: The seven primary characters whether men or women all share the same first name Jordan and that is where the similarities end and the fun begins. A few of their story lines:

Jordan Thomas is one of L.A.’s rising defense attorneys celebrating his thirtieth birthday with his wife Meg and their best friends Mickey and Amanda on a hot September afternoon at a UCLA/Michigan football game (that actually happened in 1989). Meg has planned the entire evening, limo to and from the game, champagne, the works, but it is not till they get home when the game-day action really starts to heat up. Just how hot was the post-game is best summed up by Jordan’s own words to Meg and Amanda while Mickey whips up some post-coitus eggs in the adjacent kitchen; “Thank you both, for the best birthday party I’ve ever had, even better than the time my folks arranged to have pony rides for my eighth birthday.”

Jordan Oldfield is the career focused, thirty-two year old Hollywood studio executive on a flight from Miami to London when she joins the Mile High Club, or as she prefers to call it the Seventh Heaven Club, with the tall and handsome Thomas Chichester on his way to London for his installation as head of his family’s private holding company, after the unexpected death of his father. After a sojourn with girlfriends in Tuscany, Jordan joins Thomas back in London at Claridge’s London for some even steamier interludes.

Jordan Davidson is the driven editor who’s not quite sure of herself in matters of the heart but is desperate for love and romance when literary agent Lisa Grantham walks into NYC’s SoHo House and straight into Jordan’s fantasies.

  36. Hi Ammie,

I wonder if you'd have any interest in reviewing a BDSM-flavored erotica novella based on the Greek myth of Persephone?

I'm an independent author and historian and the story is newly published to Amazon KDP.

I'll attach a link and description here. If it seems like your cup of tea let me know, and I will happily send you an ePub.

    Thanks!! =)

    2. Blurb

A BDSM-flavoured erotic retelling of the story of Persephone and Hades.

Someday, Kore will become Persephone, Dread Queen of the Underworld. For today, she is a summer maiden, coming into the ripe flower of her womanhood, innocently flirting with lighthearted gods like Apollo and Hermes, and exploring her new powers of seduction. But a darker god has his eyes on the beautiful young goddess, and his desires are far from innocent.

This novella reimagines the classic Greek myth exactly as it is traditionally told—with her famed abduction and rape—but it isn't the tale you think you know.

Instead it turns the myth around, illuminating the forbidden desires and conflicted loyalties that may have really driven that tragic story, and turning it into one of seduction, power and—ultimately—love.

    3. Genre/Description
This is a stand-alone BDSM-flavored Historical Erotica Romance with a happy ending. There's no cheating. It is M/F. No love triangle. I believe it's a bit dark and twisted in parts but I also find it to be romantic and there are light spots.

  39. Hi Ammie,

I’m the author of Whispers on the Potomac and I’m looking for bloggers who would like a free review copy. Here’s a little bit about the book.

Presidential candidate, Sebastian Reed is willing to risk it all for a secret.

My name is Sebastian Atticus Reed. I am the prince of the Democratic Party and the front-runner in the presidential campaign - the man who will “save the nation.”

But I have a secret that could ruin everything.

Six years ago, Daria Stewart walked out of my life, with no explanation. No matter how hard I tried to find her, it was as if she had completely fallen off the face of the earth.

    Until now.

Daria has unexpectedly walked back into my life, on the arm of the last person I would have ever expected. My brother.

Now that I’ve laid eyes on her again, I will do anything to get her back in my life - and my bed - no matter the cost. And when I become president, Daria will be my First Lady.

Whispers on the Potomac is the highly anticipated comeback novel by Mia Villano. This standalone erotic romance is intoxicating, passionate, and full of shocking surprises.

Captivating you from the first page, you won't want to put his book down until the very end.

The book was released on November 7th and has been a bestseller in two categories. It has already received five star reviews such as this one:

The Highly Anticipated Release Of Mia Villano’s Whispers on the Potomac was Absolutely Worth the Wait.
We meet the incredible Sebastian Reed a man that is running for the highest office in the land but when the one who gets away comes back into your life you do want ever it takes to keep them there.
Daria Stewart a woman who ran from the one man that she loved but what she did was for reasons only she knew. Keeping the man she loved always in her thoughts she always felt she did what was right for him and herself
When Sebastian and Daria meet Once Again the chemistry is still as strong as the first day they met. We will see this Amazing Couple go through a lot of emotional ups and downs but what you will definitely want to see is that they can find there way to that HEA.

I would love to send you a free review copy. Just let me know where to send it and i’ll mail one right away.
Thanks for your consideration. I’m looking fworard to hearing from you.

This is not really a religious book, but more of a mystery than anything else. You can see more about Proof the Novel at my website:

Thanks and have a great day,

  45. Hello Ammie,

I would be honored if you could review my debut novel. The False Reality of Martin is a gripping psychological thriller. The release date is set for July 1st, 2018.

The novel is 65,00 words; approximately 260 pages.

If you were to review, would you prefer an eBook or paperback?

    Here is the synopsis:
Martin only exuded love. He never imagined he would kill another human being. Murder became his captive, crime his victor.

Martin faces an uncertain future. A few days after he was conceived, his father was murdered brutally in a bar altercation. He lost his mother as a result of birth complications, only one day after he discovered about his father’s death.

Raised and home-schooled by his Aunt Mary, he’d grown up sheltered in a puritanical environment. Completely oblivious to his brother Jamal’s involvement in criminal activities.

Jamal runs a delicatessen--and appears in Martin’s life only infrequently. Eventually, Jamal coaxes Martin to move in with him.

One cold winter afternoon, after Martin encounters a burly sharp-dressed stranger in the basement of the delicatessen, the stranger requests to see Jamal, informing Martin to let Jamal know he stopped by.

Martin gets sent home early when he tells Jamal about the peculiar encounter. Martin is curious to discover more, sticks around the premises, and witnesses Jamal clandestinely meeting with the burly, sharp-dressed stranger and a slim, dapper looking man after-hours.

Martin uncovers Jamal’s best-kept secret: that he works with one of the biggest international crime syndicates in the world.

Witnessing this meeting changes Martin’s life irrevocably. With his best friend, Bruce Coptech, at his side, he embarks on a sojourn that is at once gruesome and beautiful.

Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing your response

  50. Hi Ammie. I see you have loads of requests for reviews. Don't know if you'll get as far as mine but I'll submit the request anyway.

I am currently writing a mysteries series for my publisher, Crimson Cloak Publishing. While all of the books feature the same detective, each is a stand-alone story. The first two books have been well received, e.g. The 11.05 Murders has over 250 reviews on (97% 5 and 4 stars)

The third volume, The Coven Murders, has been recently published. It differs from the first two in that while it is still a murder mystery thriller, it has an added occult dimension. You can read all about it at this link:

    Short blurb:
In the past Chief Inspector Sheehan and his team have dealt successfully with murderers, serial killers, vicious psychopaths, but how will they succeed against a malevolent Satanist who has the support of a determined coven and a very powerful demon? And bizarrely, will Sheehan have time to discover who is murdering members of the coven while trying to rescue a young lady who is targeted by them for human sacrifice on midnight of the sacred feast of Lughnasa?

  53. Dear Ammie,

My name is Emmanuella Hristova and I'm contacting you to review my recently self-published romantic poetry collection, "The Day My Kisses Tasted Like Disorder".

"The Day My Kisses Tasted Like Disorder" is a short collection of poems that explores a tumultuous year of love, heartbreak and unimaginable loss. It documents the birth and death of a relationship, and the death of my sister. Each poem is an emotional time-stamp that plunges the reader into the depths of my feelings as they burgeon and wane. The book reads like a diary and chronicles the boundaries of the things that we all feel: passion, heartache, and pain that gives way to hope.

This is my debut poetry collection and my first self-published work. I first published in April, 2018. Although the book only has a few reviews so far, it's rated a 4.5 on both Amazon and Goodreads. It's available via eBook on Amazon, iBooks,, Bookshout, Kobo, and Lulu for $3.99.

If you're willing to read and review my book, I'd be more than happy to send you a free ePub, mobi or PDF copy via email at

To read some of my poetry, feel free to view my Instagram account at and my website at

Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

  54. Hi Ammie!
Love your site – great blogname - I totally understand book obsession - after all to be a good author you first have to be a good reader - lol!
I also completely understand how busy you all must be – Fantasy (YA and general) is a very rich genre and I’m sure you get tens if not hundreds of requests on a weekly basis.
My new fantasy novel – Destroyer’s Blood – is book one in the Adventures of Devcalion. Our hero, Dev and his faithful and wisecracking companion ‘Tray (short for Betrayer) are happiest when they are free, far away from the politics and petty squabbles of his immortal family. Our story begins with the two of them, five thousand feet up the side of Half-Dome - free climbing the cliff face to try and reach the top to see a spectacular sunset - when their solitary adventure is rudely interrupted by a messenger from Olympus. The conclusion of that message draws them, unwilling, back into a confrontation with an ancient foe, all because of Dev’s relationship to his Titan father – his ‘blood’…
I do hope that Destroyer’s Blood might interest you and that you enjoy it!
Title of Book and Cover (attached) – I would be happy to send you or any of your reviewers a mobi or other preferred format if you are interested.
Destroyer’s Blood – Book 1 of The Blood Series: A Fantasy Novel by Michael Lynes
Dev shook his head, spitting out dust and rock chips. The last rays of the setting sun stained the ground crimson. “Betrayer,” he murmured, ears still ringing from the terrific explosion, “we have a problem.”
The cryptic message from Olympus changes everything... One moment Devcalion and Betrayer are free, climbing up Half Dome without a care in the world, the next they are dragged into battle with the Destroyer, Zeus’s ancient foe.
The Dark Power is merciless, and time is running out. It’s up to Dev and Tray to try to stop him, or the world of men and gods is doomed.
Book One of the Blood Series – Destroyer’s Blood by award-winning author - Michael Lynes
    • Genre: Fantasy
    • Clean fiction – no graphic violence or explicit sexual situations – I try to write ‘cringe-free’ fiction 
    • Series: This is Book One of a planned trilogy. There is a short story pre-quell that has already been published called “It’s in the Blood” – the events of that story are alluded to in “Destroyer’s Blood’ but it is completely unnecessary to have read “It’s in the Blood” prior to reading “Destroyer’s Blood”

I saw your book reviews and thought you might like a FREE e-copy of the exciting new utopian apocalyptic comedy sci-fi novel?

The year is 4377. The world has advanced into a perfect utopia. War, disease, crime, and poverty are all distant memories. Everyone is a genius scientist, with artistic talents, and perfect bodies. Super advanced technology takes care of all problems. They have unlimited energy and wealth and sit on invisible chairs and tables.
Everything is quite boring until one day when the Sun starts turning colors of the rainbow like a giant disco ball in the sky--and then all hell breaks loose.

Can a family of two mothers, three fathers, and two kids build a spaceship without killing each other?

Can their little unappreciated cleaning robot save the day?

    Here are the latest reviews:

"I laughed so hard I had tears streaming down my face"

"As entertaining as The Shape Of Water!"

"Charming and colorful and wildly imaginative, and very cool--the kind of thing only a mad, iconoclastic genius could have conceived and birthed. Bravo..."

Review on GoodReads from Valerie Roberson--

This peaceful planet is now like it was back in 2017. With people all over the world fighting for the last chicken nugget, shoving and couples arguing. This is all from the different sky colors.

You see, the sun is going to explode and the moon is going to crash. So they were told to evacuate to another planet. And the people started to leave, except one family. This family is going to build their own ship. They go to a dispensary to get their parts. This place has all the old left over things from our time. They have never seen most of this stuff. It is so funny to read their comments on things we take for gannet.

So they start to build the ship. But like most families, there is bickering and at least one person who thinks they know it all and are in charge. This goes on for a long time and they are running out of time to leave.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Title: The Many Adventures of Peter and Fi Volume I: Homecoming by Kelvyn Fernandes
    Genre: Fantasy Adventure
    Word Count: 70,000 words

Follow Peter and Fi as they work together, each searching for something uniquely special to them through the four kingdoms of their known world. It’s a tale of fantastical beasts, peculiar characters, remarkable settings, and a unique brand of biochemistry-based magic. My writing focuses on meaningful character interaction, delicate world building, and intense action battles.

"She emerged within a dark sea of green, shielding her eyes against the crescent moon’s pale blaze. The twinkling stars hummed softly, discordant against the chattering birds below. The lush leaves rippled in the breeze, tempting Fi to dip her toes in for a swim. The wind blew at her back and she turned east to face it. The fresh air carried the salty spray of the Shimmering Sea. Although she could not see it, she knew it was right there. Her ears caught the distant waves crashing against the shore. One last step. She thought."

Hope to hear back from you, I'd love it if you joined me on this journey,

Five Things 'FIVE FEET APART' Taught Us

'Five Feet Apart' is an American Romantic Drama,  inspired by a real-life couple Dalton and Katie Prager, who both suffered from  cystic fibrosis . As you all know that I'm not a movie person, I'd choose books anytime over movies but as I am going through 'Reader's Slump' so I decided to watch Netflix and guess what? I found this treasure. This movie impacted me greatly so I decided to share all my takings with you all. Let's start! 1. Live Big because life don't give us enough chances. 2. Take risks , you never know which moment is your last.  3. Love! Don't be scared of it. Loving won't kill you but not doing it will surely kill a part of you. 4. Take chances! We can die today, we can die tomorrow but we can also make our life worth living. 5. Breathe! Take a deep breath and enjoy your today. We are all on borrowed time. Instead of focusing on making your tomorrow good, make your today even better.

Born into one of the leading Mob families in Chicago, Aria Scuderi struggles to find her own path in a world where no choices are given. Aria was only fifteen when her parents betrothed her to Luca – The Vice – Vitiello, the oldest son of the head of the New York Cosa Nostra to ensure peace between the two families.  Now with eighteen, the day Aria has been dreading for years is looming dangerously: her wedding to Luca.  Aria is terrified of marrying a man she hardly knows, especially someone like Luca who got his nickname ‘the Vice’ for crushing a man’s throat with his bare hands. Luca might be one of the most sought after men in New York thanks to his good looks, wealth and predator-like charisma that radiates power ,  but the society girls throwing themselves at him don’t know what Aria does: that the bad boy aura isn’t just a game; blood and death lurk beneath Luca’s striking gray eyes and arrogant smile. In her world a handsome exterior often hides the monster withi

REVIEW: Broken Knight by L.J. Shen

Not all love stories are written the same way. Ours had torn chapters, missing paragraphs, and a bittersweet ending. Luna Rexroth is everyone’s favorite wallflower. Sweet. Caring. Charitable. Quiet. Fake. Underneath the meek, tomboy exterior everyone loves (yet pities) is a girl who knows exactly what, and who, she wants—namely, the boy from the treehouse who taught her how to curse in sign language. Who taught her how to laugh. To live. To love. Knight Cole is everyone’s favorite football hero. Gorgeous. Athletic. Rugged. Popular. Liar. This daredevil hell-raiser could knock you up with his gaze alone, but he only has eyes for the girl across the street: Luna. But Luna is not who she used to be. She doesn’t need his protection anymore. When life throws a curveball at All Saints’ golden boy, he’s forced to realize not all knights are heroes. Sometimes, the greatest love stories flourish in tragedy TITLE- Broken Knight AUTHOR- L.J. Shen FORMAT- E

REVIEW | Queens Of Crime By Sushant Singh, Kulpreet Yadav

--Blurb-- Dysfunctional families, sexual abuse, sheer greed and sometimes just a skewed moral compass. These are some of the triggers that drove the women captured in these pages to become lawbreakers. Queens of Crime  demonstrates a haunting criminal power that most people do not associate women with. The acts of depravity described in this book will jolt you to the core, ensuring you have sleepless nights for months.
